  I had an appt scheduled for Friday April 14 between 10 Am and 2 Pm. They still had not shown up by 2:15 so I called them. They said I was on the schedule but they were still out at the jobs before me. That was the last I spoke with them. They did not show up for the appointment at all, did not call, and I have not heard from them since. TERRIBLE customer service and the issue I had was time sensitive, as my condo is closing on the 5th of May. Thankful I had already scheduled with another company prior to American Heritage but tried AH bc they had appt openings earlier. Do not recommend.

  they came out a year ago and replaced the chase cover which took 3 service calls to get that right and they were going to replace the cap also and they said that they don't have one available and would find one, well its been a year and still no cap VERY POOR
