  I went to a couple of dress shops for my wedding dress, and I was really looking for a simple an elegant dress, rather then a bigger fluffy dress. Bella's was by far the best experience. The shop is located in the beautiful Renaissance building in the 3rd ward, and although on the smaller size, it is more of an modern elegant style then the traditional dress stores I went to. I had no problem getting an appointment, and was the only one in the store, so I had a lot of freedom to look through the selection and Kayla, the owner, gave fantastic personal service. I didn't feel pressured at all to buy anything and received great practical and honest advice from her. We fell in love with a dress, and I am so looking forward to going back for sizing. This shop is great for people looking for a wide selection of modern, elegant and affordable dresses in a beautiful pressure-free environment. Highest of recommendations.

  I tried calling to set an appointment so many times and it seems like nobody works there! Nobody ever picked up and I am sick and tired to keep trying. If they already have a hard time picking up a call to set up an appointment, that already tells me how their customer service will be and contact for future reference if my bridesmaids were to purchase about their whereabouts for their dress.
