  One good and one bad experience with them. About a year ago, had them come out to inspect and clean the fireplace. They did a great job and would have gotten 5 stars for that experience. Then this year called them to get an estimate on some additional work that I need done. Set up appointment for 9 AM but 9:30 AM comes and goes and still no one. By this time, I have to leave for work and as I am driving in get a call at 9:40 saying that they are running late (no kidding, I figured that out by now) and that they would be there in 15 minutes. I understand that with a business like this, circumstances might come up causing you to be late, but then I expect a call within 10 - 15 minutes, not 40 minutes later. My time is as valuable as yours so this is not acceptable. So I split the difference and gave them 3 stars. Will probably go with someone else for my new work.
