On 3 different occasions, we were told that the prescription was going to be ready, then when she calls before she goes, they tell her she has to wait another 2-3 days. We stopped in on various occasions to also be told it is not ready. Mind you we verified with our insurance that it is approved to be prepared. They clearly do not want the business, no one has time for their run around games.
