  BUYER BEWARE: Do yourself a favor and avoid this Establishment!!!! The showroom experience was very pleasant, and the sales rep was knowledgeable. Unfortunately,the follow up was about as poor an experience as possible. After being given the run-around for weeks with half the money down and poor follow-up, I requested a refund before the installation was done. There are other providers who know how to speak to people that are actually PAYING THEM FOR A SERVICE AND UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is especially true when you permit someone into your home. This group unfortunately acts like they're doing you a favor. If you enjoy rude and arrogant this is the place. If you enjoy Simple, Basic, Respect when someone enters your home, avoid this place at all costs. I wish I had! This was the most offensive experience I've ever encountered with a contractor. Anyone can have a bad day, but this was inexcusable. Look someplace else. This place is likely less-expensive. They were when I did my estimates. It's a case of Buyer Beware because all they did was hold my money and waste weeks of my time during a trying time for family while trying to be ready for an important Family Christmas. We were looking forward to the family fireplace in time for the holidays. The Fireplace LTD cost us that.
