Went into some different places to ask about getting it done (a quick "courtesy" thing jewelers do , right?). The Jewelry Center, Haack, and JRS wanted $10 or $25 for each watch adjustment. And Jewelry Center and Haack people acted like doing such repairs was beneath them. So, we're quite glad we found Genesis. Chris took care of both watches -- gratis -- and now we have a favorite jewelry where we'll make our next purchase.
