They have repeatedly gone above and beyond to take care of the gorgeous ring Karin helped my husband pick out. They are incredibly responsive anytime I have a question or need assistance. Karin is very helpful and honest but never pushy, which makes the experience of choosing and caring for pieces refreshing and easy. I am so thankful to work with such a great jeweler!
