  This company put in an offer on my home- a cash offer. They then (3 days before closing) asked for an extension. I extended the contract only to find out that they did not have the cash to purchase my home. They promised that if the transaction was cancelled that they would sign the earnest money over to my husband and I, they won't sign the paperwork. Clearly they don't do ethical business and don't care about people in the community. its really sad, we lost out on 2 months of trying to sell our house because of them- worse yet we already had moved out stuff out of our house and were stuck with nothing but a mattress on the floor and paper plates until we sold it! Thanks for your dishonesty.
