  Honestly... the materials and outcome is probably really great quality and definitely understandable if it is expensive. But the customer service I got first hand is terrible. When I got the phone call to schedule an appointment for a consultation, i was not asked any questions about my budget. I called back to set up and they sounded really helpful and got me set up for a consultation on that same day. Later that evening when I went in I told the person on the floor that I had an appointment for a consultation and he just said, “okay” and we literally stared at each other for a good 5 seconds. This is your business, why aren’t you starting the conversation? Ask me questions that you may need to know. I don’t know anything about getting a suit made, so where do I start? I wasted time driving 40 minutes there just to hear you say, “I’m just going to be up front with you, we just can’t get you a suit for that price”. UNDERSTANDABLE! But maybe if you would have asked me questions on the phone like other places do, I wouldn’t have wasted my time. I felt like the staff and owner did not want to serve me. I didn’t even have a full consultation. Maybe if the customer service was better I could have at least paid for a suit for my fiancé.
