They first came and cleaned the runner and then returned to sew and correct the snag. After hours and hours of a man sitting on the floor, literally hand sewing for hours, I ended with an outstanding piece of art work. What amazed me was the knowledge and the attention to detail. The lost art that Persian Rug Gallery was able to perform on my runner was beyond outstanding. Their customer service and follow up was also top notch.
