  Went to Family Dollar with my mother to pick up a few things. I seen a PJ Mask toy that was on the floor dirty & scuffed up, but it works so I decided to purchase it for my daughter and asked the cashier if they do discounts on damaged items. She directed me to the manager, who never addressed me as a paying customer and only replied saying, "Nope. He knew what he was buying when he picked it up!" Im tellin you right now I almost spit in her face! If I wasn't with my mother I probably would have. I asked for another manager and this dude was just as rude saying no discounts on damaged items and never handing the toy back to me for me to decide if I still wanted to purchase it or not. He just tossed it to the ground and walked off. And at this moment someone was noticed shoplifting body wash and had already left the store. The guy manager ran out after him into the parking lot going car to car trying to find the thief. Literally risking his life for a few bottles of body wash. Family Dollar must pay well. Horrible employees and store was a disaster with boxes and dust everywhere. No exaggeration.
