  Sent an amplifier in for repair week before Memorial Day and it was sitting on the owner's bench for long time without any progress. When I first brought it in the owner promised to get it done by end of June, so I gave them a month. Then I waited till early June there was no news at all. I pretty much have to call them every 3-4 days to check on the status, left messages and he NEVER called back. Pretty much have to catch him while he is in to talk to him. Till July, I ran out of patience so I went there and picked up the amplifier, he just told me he was busy on working other project and he did try to work on it but no luck. Yet I was charged $35 plus the time/frustration and all for nothing. In addition, he did have the complete circuit layout for the amplifier, I can't imagine for someone who claims to know electronics will have problem fixing the unit. End up I shipped the amplifier back to the original designer in California to get it fixed, 1 week turn around time!
