  If I could give this place zero stars I would� My dad took me here to get a remote start done on my car. This was my Christmas present from him. Our appointment was suppose to be for 3pm. We got there at 2pm to make sure they had plenty of time to install everything. The guy behind the counter (Leo) was VERY unprofessional and rude the moment we walked in the door. Leo told us the installation would take approximately two hours to do. Luckily, we took two cars so we didn’t have to sit there and wait. We went and grabbed a late lunch and did some Christmas shopping. We left the shop shortly after 2pm and returned right around 5pm. We returned and noticed that my car had not even moved...We went in and Leo told us it hadn’t even made it into the shop yet. So what was the point of making an appointment at 3pm? We live over an hour away and simply did not have the time to wait around for this. I have a life and we made an appointment for a reason. I can not express enough that Leo had TERRIBLE customer service and treats strangers like complete garbage. He didn’t care what we had to say and he expected us to just be okay with having to wait even longer. If he was good at his job and actually cared about the customers he would have called and informed us that the installation was running behind. He then told us the installation would only take about an hour because they close at 6pm. Okayyyy so then it’s going to be a quick and sloppy installation? No thanks. I’ll go to Best Buy which is closer to my house and get treated WAY better than this guy treated us. I’ll never recommended this place to any of my friends or family because of Leo and his lack of customer service skills. He completely ruined this Christmas present for me and made my Dad feel horrible. Don’t go here unless you want to waste your time and gas and be disappointed ����

  HORRIBLE SERVICE! I recently had stereo1one on 27th ave put in a new stereo in my 2004 chevy trailblazer LS for $250. soon after, my sensors all went on, my gauges weren't reading anymore, no chime for doors and power locks/windows didnt work anymore. I thought it was a fuse so I unplugged battery and looked in cluster box to check fuses. i reconnected battery and truck wouldn't start. I took truck to get fixed (which was a $85 tow and $50 diagnosis) and come to find out stereo1one never never replaced new radio harnes because they said "most people dont mind if the chime for door doesn't work" so I took my truck back in to have them put the new radio harnes in and it worked fine, I went home parked my truck, woke up next morning to go to work and my sensors went back on this time my truck started putting like it was misfiring. Never again going to stereo1one. To top it off when I went back to have them put in new radio harnes they forgot to put my microphone back in. this is what I get for not being patient and taking my truck to Best Buy.
