  Worst customer Service ever! Stopped in last week to get a new line and pre order the s8. Store manager is the one who helped out and completed the order. Found out a week later that the order was canceled due to the order never being finished in the store. Spent 7 hours on the phone with Customer care to where I finally was pretty much told I had to physically go back to that store to get the issue resolved. I drove the 350miles back to the store from MN and got there at 6:10pm. The store manager refused to be of assistance since they did not want to deal with the problem at this point. To where I ended having to call customer care on my own while in the store. While on the phone with customer care the time became 7:02 (store sign says closes at 7:00) I was told I had to leave or they were calling the cops. The Customer care rep I was on the phone with could not believe this was happening. WORST customer service EVER!!!! They must really be scraping the bottom of the barrel since this was the store manager.... Need to go back to customer service 101 I think.... Worst store ever... People need to go to this store if they want to be treated like crap.
