  Nothing against this store, in particular, but T-Mobile has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They charged me for a year for a device I had returned. They credited me back once, but kept charging me for it. When I called to have it removed (again) and to get credited back for the money I had paid in (again) I spent an hour and a half on the phone, was transferred to five different departments, and was ultimately told "Thanks for ten years as a customer, but we aren't refunding you" by one of the rudest people I've ever spoken with in a customer service department. I cancelled on the spot and was sent a bill for $1,600. Do not, under any circumstances, trust T-Mobile with your money.
